Q: I have recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now my RiteBar isn’t connecting
A: The RiteBar is made to work with both Windows 7 and Windows 10. If you’ve recently upgraded to Windows 10 and are experiencing problems, we recommend that you also update all drivers and firmware on your computer. If your RiteBar is still not working, please try connecting it to another computer that uses Windows 10. This will help diagnose if the issue is related directly to the RiteBar or the computer itself.
