1. Acceptance Of Terms
By using this website (“Site”) and purchasing products from Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC, you
agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not
agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site. Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC maintains the
https://medsmart.ae website and platform.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the
website and shall not transact on or use the website
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
2. Product Information
Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding its
products, including furniture, wellness services and health treatments. However, we do not
guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product descriptions, pricing, or other
content on the Site.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact appearance or
color of the products.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason,
including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
Payment for products is due at the time of ordering. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in
AED will be accepted for payment. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed
on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency
Confirmation of your payment will be emailed to you within 24 hours of you completing the
purchase on the Site.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
4. Cancellation of your order.
You may cancel an order up to 48 hours after placing the order on the webpage without any charge
occurring to you.

6048,or use our Contact us form on the website. Please ensure you cancellation notice include your
order number, name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, and where available, your
phone number and email address.
For cancellations of order not yet dispatched, you will receive an order cancellation confirmation. A
refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up
to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed by your bank.
For cancellation of order already dispatched, we will do our utmost to cancel the shipment and
redirect the goods back to our warehouse before it will be delivered to your address.
In these cases, a refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer,
shipping costs (if any) will be deducted in such refund. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund
transfer to be completed by the credit card issuing bank.
For cancellations made after the shipment has been delivered to you, please refer to the Returns &
Refunds section of this webpage.
Please ensure you take reasonable care of the goods, Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC reserves the
right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the
loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you
5. Shipping and Delivery
The point of sale is United Arab Emirates
Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products to the address you provide. We are shipping to all countries in the GCC area.
For UAE deliveries, we will use recognized UAE based courier companies, allowing both parties to track the shipment until it has reached your address and have been handed over to you.
For GCC countries, we are shipping with Aramex Emirates LLC. At point of dispatch, we will notify you of the shipment number allowing you to track the shipment until it reaches you.
Shipping times may vary depending on country of delivery, typically an UAE order is delivered next business day following shipping, a GCC country delivery will reach you within 4-5 business days.
For outside UAE deliveries, the courier company may charge you for any import duties and/or local Value Added Tax related to the import of the goods into the country of delivery.
The courier company will issue a separate invoice and payment receipt for such charges (if any).
The shipping fees for your address will be clearly shown to you during the check out process, and by processing the order and making payment, you have paid for both the cost of the product and the shipping to your address.
Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC may occasionally offer free shipping on selected items, and/or free shipping for orders above a certain value. If free shipping is offered, this will be visible for you in the check out phase, prior to making payment,
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the
property of Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual
property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express
written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Medsmart Medical Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or the products sold on it.
