MEDSMART MEDICAL SOLUTIONS L.L.C REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At MedSmart we want you to be happy every time you purchase any of our products. However, we
understand there will be times you need to return items. If you change your mind and your item is
unused, in its original condition and you return it within 7 days* with your proof of purchase, and
with the original delivery packaging intact a full refund will be given. We can only accept returns of
products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all
these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and
we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if
the product has been used or tampered with. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
* Please note that some items cannot be returned, such as bespoke items which are clearly marked
as ‘non-returnable’ within the Delivery and Returns section on each product page. The only
exception is if they are faulty/damaged or sent in error.
REFUND AND RETURN CONDITIONS
MedSmart will refund the monetary value of items returned, at the purchase price, excluding the
delivery charge. Please call our Customer Services team on +971 50 869 6048 to obtain a Returns
Note and Number.
Goods must be returned during business hours, carriage paid, in perfect condition and in their
original packaging. Please also include your unique Returns Note within the package.
Please ensure that the section containing the returns address is taped securely to the outside of your
packaging. Returns will not be accepted back if any labels are stuck directly onto the product
packaging.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because the product is
faulty/damaged, please contact us to advise when the item is packaged up and ready for collection.
If you do not wish to take advantage of this free collection service, you are more than welcome to
return the item at your own expense.
If goods are returned due to a fault on the item, this will be tested and if faulty, a replacement will
be issued. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you.
Please note that if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a full
refund, then place a new order (which will include delivery costs again).
REFUND AND RETURN PROCESS
For your protection, we advise using a recorded delivery service and obtain a ‘Proof of Posting
Certificate’. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds can only be made to the original method of purchase and will be processed within 10 – 45
days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. If your order consists of multiple goods, the
refund process starts from when you receive the last item in your order.
